1.论文不得少于4页。

2.论文应具有学术或实用价值，未在国内外学术期刊或会议发表过。

3.口头报告，海报展示或只参加会议的参会者，请在注册系统完成提交。

4.审稿流程：本次会议采用先投稿，先送专家评审的方式进行，审稿周期约1-2周。

5.会议仅接受全英稿件。如需翻译服务，请直接发送中文稿件至会议邮箱icieis_contact@163.com

4.海报展示：申请海报展示，A1尺寸，彩色打印；

5.听众参会：不投稿仅参会，也可申请演讲及展示；
